		<description>I don't know about the enforcement of such a threshold, but even if it were a 'recommended' level it doesn't take much to reduce the value of the package to near nothing.

It's a nice package that's already saved me enough time and effort to make its purchase worthwhile.</description>

		<description>It is not legal to set a minimum price at which something can be sold.  That's price fixing, isn't it?

Having said that, I bought the pack a few weeks ago (from a WSO I think), and paid $25.</description>
