There’s always some inconsiderate idiot spoiling things for everyone else and willing to break the terms of the reseller’s agreement by selling below the minimum threshold.
It is not legal to set a minimum price at which something can be sold. That’s price fixing, isn’t it?
Having said that, I bought the pack a few weeks ago (from a WSO I think), and paid $25.
I don’t know about the enforcement of such a threshold, but even if it were a ‘recommended’ level it doesn’t take much to reduce the value of the package to near nothing.
It’s a nice package that’s already saved me enough time and effort to make its purchase worthwhile.
