Thanks for the suggestion.  I&#039;ve read that in some cases people&#039;s account have been suspended due to an excessive number of support tickets!  Whether or not that&#039;s true, I don&#039;t know.

I do know and I completely agree that you should only raise &lt;strong&gt;one issue&lt;/strong&gt; in any &lt;strong&gt;one ticket&lt;/strong&gt;.  I&#039;ve raised multiple issues per ticket in the past, but support had a tendency to answer one query and then closing the ticket without addressing the remaining issues.

I&#039;ve actually very few domains that I want to keep left in RF&#039;s hands so the number of issues I have with them are dwindling.

I believe the term is &#039;cutting my loses&#039;!</description>

I fought my way out of the registerfly nightmare (about 100 domains that I had there over five years of use) for almost two months. Keep submitting tickets. Generally tickets should address individual issues or at least a single category of issue.

I.e. - locked domains
failed renewals
incorrect status codes
overbilling issue

to name just a few registerfly nightmares should each go into separate tickets. Don&#039;t complain about being double charged for a failed renewal in a ticket about trying to get the renewal to succeed. Billing won&#039;t do anything about it, nor will tech support. They will both ignore you.

One thing at a time.

Where you want to go is DynaDot.com. Very fast website and helpful customer service.

I&#039;m not even receiving those because Registerfly has set the status of all of my domains to appear locked to other Registrars. This despite showing my domains as unlocked in the Registerfly control panel. Just to be clear, I have no billing disputes with Registerfly and they have no reason to set that status as far as I know, except for to prevent transfers away. (Question: why do they care if I transfer the domains away, you&#039;d think they&#039;d want to willingly let customers go rather than get even more pissed off at them)

Here is the listed status for all of my domains:
clientTransferProhibited
clientUpdateProhibited

Good stuff.

Further to that, the AUTH code listed in Registerfly&#039;s control panel for several of my domains is incorrect.

According to these policies you are obligated to provide &quot;a readily accessible and reasonable means for the Registered Name Holder to remove the lock status&quot;.

I have had numerous problems with Registerfly in the past and I am simply trying to move my service elsewhere - I would appreciate it if you could handle this in a professional manner.
