It seems RegisterFly have come up with a new solution to tackle high numbers of support requests. When I was typing details of a support request earlier today, their dynamic support ticket interface did something quite unexpected…

What’s wrong with this picture (click it for a bigger version)? Part way through typing my description of my request for support, the box into which I was typing vanished!
Looking at the code, I could see that the textarea form field was actually still there, but that some CSS had appeared to make it invisible. I’m no JavaScript expert, but one of the JS functions contains the same invisibility CSS…

I’ve been having major issues with Registerfly for some time now and I am totally convinced that they actually have policies in place to not provide support for issues except in certain (unknown to me) circumstances.
