Victoria,

Content Spooler is a PHP application. That means it does need some sort of web server platform in order to run. Typically, this will be via your web host. It is possible to run Content Spooler on your home computer, but it still requires a web server.

I'd suggest contacting your Content Spooler vendor as they may be able to assist by installing it for you. Otherwise, you should get access to an installation video showing you exactly how to install it yourself. It's quite painless to do!

Thanks for the positive review! I didn't know about the desktop PHP application -- I'll look into it. But I don't think I'll be using it for Content Spooler because I have an upgrade planned that will make great use of the fact that this is hosted software.
