The Return of Armand

June 18th, 2006

I don’t recall when or how I found out about Armand Morin’s Internet Marketing Blog, but I did enjoy reading it when I did. Lots of solid advice that helps a marketer to really think about his/her efforts. It looks like the blog is active once again after a four month period so I’ve added it to the list of Blogs I Read.

Although I’m having problems reading it in its entirety, Armand’s latest post, Is the art of product development gone? is a grounded look at the state of (Internet marketing) product marketing today.

I’d certainly agree that producing products for resell seems to be the main thrust these days with less originality to be seen. So it’s encouraging to see the likes of James Brausch encouraging readers down the path of creating their own information products.

James has even cleverly created a series of products that not only complement each other, but actually feed each other in their very use. A perpetual set-up that increases the usefulness and effectiveness of each product as it’s used.

Munius creates article content libraries whilst Artemis Pro submits articles to a variety of resource including those created by Munius. A brilliant concept.

On a side note, is it just me or does Armand Morin remind you of Carlos Solis from Desperate Housewives? ;)
